Answer #3:
Windsurfing is a tricky sport, but if the winds aren't too strong or too weak, and you've got a big board with a small sail, and you look into the dynamics of how it works beforehand, it shouldn't be too bad. It does take a lot of upper body strength, but it is great fun. Will you be able to pick it up quickly and have fun with it? No, then yes.
I will let you know now, your first day of windsurfing will probably be miserable, but if you stick with it, and you learn how to work it beforehand, it will be a very enjoyable pursuit.
Answer #4:
The best way it is do a dry run before hand. most centres have a surf bord on a stand and you can practise the moves on that and all you do if you fall is stand back on to the grass.WF is hard to pick up but ose take some balance and coronation. to go straight on the the water is unstable and you will fall in it is all part of the fun if you take it that way
