Answer #1:

drink more water your young and active, you need it.

Answer #2:

The guy above me is wrong there is no weight supplement that works and you're too young to take them (there is no research that backs any of them besides alli, so don't waste your money)
13 stones is 182 lbs (1 stone= 14 lbs), If you are 5'7" this is considered overweight the normal range is between 118 lbs and 159 lbs) which is (8.4 stones- 11.4 stones). Here's a bmi calculator ( Click Here ) which will tell you the range you should be in with your height and weight. You should weigh yourself regularly to see what gains and losses you have (remember your weight will flucuate on a daily basis, but if you weigh yourself once a day you can see the trend you are going on over several days). The important thing is to be healthy, you should be eating 2,000 calories a day to maintain your weight (the little stuff adds up) and between 1,200 and 1,500 if you want to lose weight). It sounds like you're exercising which is really important in maintaining weight loss, but you have to cut the calories to lose the weight. Try eating foods high in fiber and protein (these will keep you full longer), raisen bran, beans, lean deli meats like turkey and chicken, vegetables. Just remember to eat healthy and always ask yourself before you eat "am I really hungry?" many of us eat just because we are bored. Supplements or herbal remedies like green tea, really won't help you lose weight but they are a great alternative to soda pop which is loaded with calories. Do a trial period and count your calories over a couple of days even the small bites of stuff (portion control) here's a guide Click Here . Good luck and just remember if you eat reasonable amounts and exercise daily you will be healthy, keep up the work and you'll see improvement if you don't you're probably not counting everything you eat or its bigger portions than you thought good luck!

Answer #3:

The reason it does not go quickly is because you need a certain amount of food to exist. Secondly, if you were so active you would not slow down to use a computer. (it is just a TV by another name)
Cut all sugars from your diet and all fats and hidden fats such as deep fried foods, potato chips, cheezies, chocolate bars, and start to eat more fruit as it is fresh(not in a can or preprocessed)
Cut down your eating by drinking 2 glasses of water before each and every meal (water fills your stomach and adds nothing in the way of calories) You will eat less.
Eat oatmeal(porridge) like the Scots do - ave you ever seen a fat Scotsman?
Close your ears to outside comments. You will get those no matter what or from whom.
